Breakdown of the CCNA Exam

Hi All,

Does anybody have a breakdown of what subjects within the CCNA exam has what score waiting.

i.e.
Cables = 5%
RIP = 10%

Thanks
Kevin.

There is no breakdown. Every exam is different (sometimes very different).

The exam is based upon certain subjects, and in the passed, each subject was worth a certain % of marks (if all answers on the subject are answered correctly).

Ans thats the breakdown I'm after.

Maybe it's changed then, in the old days (here we go) you could get a breakdown, it even pointed it out in the ciscopress books what a subject was worth in the exam.

x25 for example was only worth 2% i think it was, so I dropped it, and just worked on the subjects that were higher.

I still have my old ccna book, copy scan in it for you, just to prove my point of cause

Well, my CCNP is, but I'm asking for a mate. I've always said that studying for the CCNA is harder than passes, because of the wide randge of subjects it covers, so it can be a idea to play the numbers game, and drop the subject that don't add up to much.

I have till the end of Feb to re-new, so it's CCIE written for me, but I just can't be arsed picking up the book. I mean, i have all the new xbox games to finish first
