Error Message:%FIB-4-RADIXINSERT
Has anybody seen this message. Cisco doesn't have a fix for this. Other than to upgrade the IOS...has to be a better way.

Thanks for helping....I do not have 11.1 and I already tried what you had reccommended. It is beginning to feel like the luck of the draw when opening up a TAC case. Some of those guys just aren't what you expect.

I hear you! TAC is getting bad. I hate opening a case with them and only do so as a last resort. Seems like most of the time spent with the TAC Engineer is explaining to them why what they just told you is incorrect.

yes I do have a CCO account and upgrading an IOS isn't always a fix for something. To me this is compared to an in experience person who decides to re-image his pc because it crashes all the time. You will never learn anything by doing things the easy way.

Unfortunately there are many buggy IOSs out there. What may be fine for one company, may show up with bugs for another depending on how the router is configured. I'm sure I have seen that error, but don't have time to look it up and refresh my memory right now.
When you open a TAC case most of the first level Cisco people are often worthless. I almost equate them to the Help Desk of your ISP, but you have the right to escalate the case to a more senior engineer with Cisco. The only cases I open are pretty difficult, so the first tech can almost never answer the question. I also watch the time to know which office will get the ticket, because I have had better luck with some rather than others.
