You can buy some books and self study for the certs that you want to obtain or you can look in the phone book where you live and find some computer training schools. They are usually quite expensive, most of us have self studied our certs. If there is anything else we can help you with, please feel free to ask.

You can always go to Microsoft and check there. http://microsoft.com/mcp is a good place to start.
