re: CCNA router sim console
Hmm...I tried to install the eval version.
I'm trying to run RouterConsole (http://www.routerconsole.com ) on Windows Server 2003 w/ Spybot. Won't go. I get an error message that says " ##IDPROP_EXPRESS_LAUNCH_CONDIT
ION_OS##".
I've done a google search as well as go back to the website. The website doesn't have a manual to download or an error message page.
Is it maybe related to Java? I've not installed Java as most programs run/install fine without it on Server 2003.
I've also e-mailed the site, hoping they'll have an answer also, but am waiting.

That message means you're trying to install on a version of the operating system that the installer doesn't like.

I wonder if it will like Linux better. I wish the site had more installation support info.
Anyway, thanks for taking the time to reply, dmaftei

A happy ending
BTW, I received a response from routerconsole.com. He stated he needed to add Windows Server 2003 to the setup. He's just changed the program & has given me a coupon for 50% off! Excellent customer service if you ask me!!
Cool!
