MCDST Study Materials
Just had the Sybex MCDST Study Guide delivered. ISBN 0782143520. I am surprised that it is only 442 pages long and the Microsoft version some 800 odd pages (according to Amazon). Anyone else got a copy of this yet and how does it compare against the XP Study Guide by Sybex. I'm going to use it as a main text with the MCDST book published by Charles River in early November as a backup plus the usual Exam Crams.
I am interested to get some feedback as to how Exam 70-271 compares with the MCP 70-270 for XP. Since this is an entry level qualification are we talking an easier exam or an exam that focuses on easier topics if you get what I mean. Is it as deep as the MCP XP for example or is the subject base restricted in comparison to the MCP? Anyone
with the knowledge?

I thought this exam was easier than the 70-270, but that is only my opinion. It was abit challenging though.
I would not rely on the Sybex study guide for much help.
