Can language version be changed on Windows?
I never heard of it, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Nowadays everything seems possible when it comes to computers and softwares. Is it possible to change the language version on Windows without messing with the settings, files, etc?
For instance: I have this computer with Windows 98SE on it but it's in English. The person wants it in Portuguese. What I know is that it can be done by simply reinstalling Windows with the Portuguese version CD. Question is: isn't there an easier way? Like a patch or something? Something that won't mess the whole thing up?
Anyway, I'd like to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks a lot.
Cheers!!

U can change the time & location setting, but u need to have special software to input the language.
I know few of many friends set up their PC to read/write other language.
