Hi People!

Just thought i would pass this information on. I was informed by my test centres administrator, that the networking essentials exam has not changed its sylabus for over 3 years. The ideal revison for this would be to study WWW.ftq.com tutorials which are basically the understanding of their FTQs (frequently tested questions).

Also www.cheet-sheets.com are giving away their free Net Essentials question and answers and they havnt changed either in around 4 months and these people frequently send their people into exams to find out the latest questions! If your gonna use any reliable answers for braindumps then plz use these as they are more reliable then braindumps answers!

So it seems you only have to know the basics for this exam, in other words know your Networking Essentials fundamentals and you wont have probs

My 2 classmates have recently sat the vue format of this exam and both passsed with 900 and 966! What they used i will outline here as it will also be my means to achieve a good result!

We initailly learnt Net Ess through CBT'S (Computer based training) and only had a week to study it! We also used cram sessions notes plus ftq's and tutorials(as mentioned above). We were alos given brain dumps on which we were tested! Those dumps include:

*Rampage
*Penpage (penpage.zip= contains the explanations as well as the answers to both rampage and penpage questions and have been checked suposedly)
*Dearboss
*Key
*XXXMAN(1000/1000 used mainly rampage &penpage)
*accutest (accurate answers intestmaster format)
*Petri exams (Answers but no understanding -very accurate - testmaster format)

Also visit examnotes site for their study materials and visit www.brainbuzz.com for theri cram session notes!

I would recommend you use mainly the 1st 3 and others as reference only. If u can always verify these answers if they look dodgy or doubtful! Plz remember to understamnd and not just memorise the questions and answers.

I hope that helps but here are the brain dumps sites i visted:

There is another one but with a dns number so plz see my recent server exam message in server forum for address!

Also dont forget to
All the best and i hope this helps out!

this is interesting, because the MOC is already in version C, which means that there have been 3 revision of the official curriculum. I teach that class, and to be honest, there aren't an awful lot of differences between the 3 editions

Hi freak and thx for replying!

I think you are right about the revison but it seems Micrsoft have not changed the fundamental areas of this exam, meaning it has not undergone any radical changes! My test centre administrator whom i know well and get on with assures me that this exam has not changed in 3 years and i guess i can take that after you reply that it has not undergone serious and radical changes...but has been updated (ie-changes of wording in questions etc) and this mainly down to the exam moderators(Vue & Prometric) or the people who put these exams together under the watchful eye of Microsoft Syllabus!

Any how it is good to know as it might just give you an extra ounce of confidence and morale on top of your revision!

All the best and thx, sorry if i reiterated my statement
