Net + Study Materials
Greetings Everyone!
I am a fairly new member of this site.
So far I've been reading the various posts you all have been putting up, and reading the exam notes which have proven to be very helpful in my quest for certs.
My 1st cert attempt is the Net + exam which I will take on Oct. 22nd.
From what I have been reading on these posts and in my study book, it seems to be a relatively easy cert to accomplish.
I am using Mike Meyers' Certification passport for the Network + exam as my primary source of study material so far. Are there any suggestions on other study materials that will also help me Ace the exam?
Thank you for any and all suggestions!

I beleive the Sybex book is the David Groth study guide supertech quoted.
Again, this is an excellent book and usually the first one that it is recommended whenever someone asks for a reputable study guide.

Yeah, the Sybex book is good. I am also using the Exam Cram 2 series. I really like the Exam Cram 2 series once you have a good grasp on the objectives. They really seem to help polish you up for the test.
Good luck!!

I used this book and found it to be dead on :
Comptia Network+
by Anthony Chiarella (Author)
Paperback - 288 pages Study Gd edition (December 1, 2003)
Thomson Learning ISBN: 140185821X
http://www.amazon.ca/exec/obidos/AS...9456218-6393943
It was the newest book out there for the latest revision of Network+ (N10-002). Explains difficult concepts well like how to determine what class an IP is in. Best of luck!
