What books can you get your hands on? I have the MOC (Microsoft Official Curriculum) 2159AC "Deploying and Managing ISA" (I shortened the name of the book considerably), and that's just the bare minimum. Check out all the whitepapers and other articles you can find online (including Microsoft). Very important: do you have access to some kind of ISA evaluation software and at least 2 computers, one for ISA Server and the other a client?
Check your local library, they often have MCSA/MCSE study books. That'll help.
Check out ebay, they always have something. I've seen people selling the evaluation CD's for most of the courses.
If you can get your hands on a MOC book, be sure it comes with all 4 CD's: 2 will be an evaluation copy of the software you need to work with (in this case, Server and ISA), and the other 2 will be student materials CD's. Very valuable to have.
And a testing program to track the progress of your command of the material is also important.
Good luck! I'm studying for this one, too. This certification will give me my MCSE.
