passed 70-228
I have passed my first MCP exam 70-228 and am now working
on 70-229. Can anyone tell me the best site for helping to
prepare for this exam.

Re: passed 70-228
Hi Victoria,
I'm planning to take 70-228.
Can you please tell about your experience taking 70-228?
How did you practice? Did you practice on a SQL Server Enterprise edition?
Thanks,
Sid.

good luck. 229 is a royal pain in the butt. doable, but a pain in the
butt...

Re: passed 70-228
Well done. I'm taking 70-228 next week (I passed 70-229 a couple of weeks
ago)
229 wasn't too bad. I read the MS Press book, SQL Server programming by
Example & SQL Sever Bible. SQL Server Bible was by far the best book. The
MS press book was useful for learning the exam objectives, as SQL Server
Bible is not a certification book (although it was useful for the exam).
SQL Server programming By Example helped me get my T-SQL up-to-speed. It's
easy to follow, but you may find it too simple if you are already familiar
with the language. (Also, a lot of space is wasted on output)
Make sure you know how to read execution plans. Also, make sure you know
about index maintenace, security etc.
