Word 2002 Certification-Need help desperately
I thought I had a good start on the Word 2002 Exam and now I have suseccfully FAILED the exam twice. I thought I passed the exam and then boom FAILED. So, if someone could please answer these questions I would be eternally in your debt. If you leave a word, table, or paragraph highlighted on the exam and click NEXT does that affect your score???? Do all dialog boxes, tool bars and menus have to be closed before entering NEXT??? I have studied for this test , feel I have it down pat and I am at the point where I feel I know what to do but still do not know what I am doing wrong. Help Please !!!!!!!!!!1

Yes, normally you have to close all dialog boxes and menus and deselect text unless the question says like "Leave the text selected".
I was the MOS Test administrator in florida and here is a list of reasons people would fail the exam.
1. Not follow instructions
2. Leave questions incomplete then clicking NEXT.
3. Not reading the question properly.
4. Not fullfilling the question objective.
5. Reading too much into the question. ie... doing more than what the question asked.
6.Run out of time.
7. Messing up a question and trying to fix it instead of hitting the RESET button.
Hope this helps.
