T1 --> DSU on my 3640

Hey pros,

I connected a T1 crossover between my Serial and CSU/DSU integrated card on my 3640.

I've assigned each an IP and set for frame-relay.

However interfaces still say down.

Do I need to set signaling/service-module commands?

Any ideas on how to get simple communication between these two cards? Thanks ...
