I want to become MCT, which road I should choose MCSE, MCDBA or MCSD,
adv/disadv?

The road you take will depend on your skill set, if you a developer then
MCSD, if you a network person then MCSE, if your a database person the
MCDBA.

Marko,

You are best to do what you know. If your practical experience is in the
developer space, do that. Likewise for the IT pro.

DON'T fall into the paper certification trap and go get a MCSE if you're a
developer and think you'll then be able to teach those classes. you won't
have the necessary real world experience to back up what you're saying and
you will loose credibility very quickly.

I agree with Mark...

After 15 years as an engineer and "data miner" I've
achieved the MCT credential and speicalize in
Engineering, Databases, and Security.

This is up to you and your background if you want to be an MCT and accomplished a premium Cert you still ned a TTT class send me an email if you are ready for this
