In our automated world, we sometimes tend to forget one word: PATIENCE
Because of automation, we are to used to getting things done fast. It takes a while for us slow humans to do things such as process, print, and mail possibly thousands of CCNA certificates. If you passed your test, you are certified, don't worry about it. It took me three weeks to get my certificate, and that was back when there weren't near as many people getting CCNA certified.
Have patience....
