Passed
After a grueling 2+ hours of reading paragraph after paragraph of questions, I finally made it to the end of the exam. The Passed! remark appeared on the screen to my delight with a score of 938. I had even managed to score perfect on the Managing, Securing and Troubleshooting Servers and Client Computers section.
Now I'm an MCSA!!!
Now for some thoughts on the exam to help you guys out. The questions are very wordy and very long! I thought I was going to burn out or run out of time from just reading the questions. The topics covered was everything that my MS Press book discussed. No more no less.
All of my questions were multiple choice. There were no drag and drop or click this and do that. Quite a few questions on Terminal server, DNS, WINS, DHCP and AD GPO. The majority of questions were of the troubleshooting variety as this is the main objective of this exam (I guess). Overall, the questions are not very tough if you can follow logic. My suggestion is to read all the possible answers and eliminate what cannot be right since the answers are usually steps that you take to resolve a problem.
Good luck to all those about to write this exam. Now onto 70-216!
