I linked further into that article to a study about the time it takes to configure a fully functioning server between Windows SBS and Red Hat ES. They were saying it took 4 1/2 hours to configure Win SBS and 7 1/2 to configure RH. I think they had windows only admin trying to install and configure linux for the first time. I'm be no means an expert in linux, but with RH I was able to set up almost every type of server in about 2-2 1/2 hours.
