Absolutely, it still holds weight. Trust me - win2k3 is going to be slow to be adopted. Very few large companies have migrated and it'll be 1-2 yrs before its widespread.

A lot more companies just finish completely upgraded to 2000 and XP. And with this bad eco market. They are not going to spend money for another upgrade.
