I heard this one on the Factor tonight.
Los Angeles has ban lap dances. I thought this was more comical then New York City's smoke police.
Comments anyone?

shouldn't really matter, most of the actions around LA don't happen in LA.
But I am usually driven around there so I have little concept of city border...
it really shouldn't that bad anyway, most of the hot chicks does the fly to vegas for the weekend gig thingy so from my experiences, the local ones are generally the 30 something over the hill type... but still pretty hot... and I suspect those that are in the city limit are prolly the real nasty ones... run down low class druggie type...
perhaps azimuth can elaborate on this... perhaps some personal experiences about how this effects the way he spends his lazy afternoons between classes 
anyway, OG! that's where the actions at. but ya... generally speaking, stupid law.
