Well I've had a good day and a bad day. The good side is I passed my Linux+ today. The bad side is I took Friday and Monday off. I was so glad to Finally have a day off I forgot to back up our servers at work. And wouldn't you know Friday would be the day someone decides to erase our sales history.... I come home to about 10 messages on my answering machine..

Just like all other comptia one's I guess. Although It did highlight several things I need to touch on like reconfiguring the kernel.

Reconfiguring the kernel isn't a part of Linux+

Gratz on the L+
What did the voucher cost? Did your employer pay for it? What advice do you have for someone who is deciding between the LPI and the L+ cert?

The test was 207USD. My company didn't pay for this one(we are a M$ shop.) And after the past couple of days I'm not going to ask them for anything... This is was just A+ with linux. I imagine that the LPI cert would provide more of a feeling of acomplishment.
