ccna simulation question-need help
Hey all,
On the CCNA exam, I had a sim that asked me to configure the router to use
the next available IP. I totally froze. Can anyone help me, and tell me
what should I use?
Thanks,
Tony

Re: ccna simulation question-need help
There is an "ip address negotiated" command for PPP configurations, but I
doubt it would be on CCNA.
Do you recall if the question gave you a subnet and asked you to assign the
next available ip address on that subnet?
I remember a sim like that on my exam. In fact it just gave me the Subnet
Mask and there was other router already configured with an ip. So you have
to use that IP and the Mask to know what the next available IP is.
