Taking the long awaited 216 test next week. Been studying on and off
(mostly off) for over a year now and gaining some valuable experience in the
workplace. This will give me my mcsa finally.

Been waiting because I actually want to earn my mcsa and have the experience
to back it up. Of course, I haven't worked with _every_ aspect of the test
in real life.....but I've been averaging 80%+ on <Rü3the practice tests I've
taken. Think I'm ready?

Well, took the test today and passed! Definately was harder than others
I've taken, but if you know your material, you'll pass.

Now I have to decide which direction to go from here (more MS or Cisco).

Out of curiosity, have you taken 70-218? I hear people saying 216 is "The
Beast" but all the objectives I see look like 218 covers much of the same
material. Is 216 just more in-depth?

Well, 218 is a core requirement for mcsa, so yes I've taken it. Covers some
of the same stuff, but 216 is much more indepth. 218 seemed more
generalized.
