I'm using these
1. Troubleshooting Windows 2000 TCP/IP
ISBN: 1928994113
2.MCSE Windows 2000 Network Administration Study Guide (Exam 70-216)
ISBN: 0072123834
3. Mastering Windows 2000, by Mark Minasi
...and hands on practice....and answering your answer...i prefer Sybex.

Best Book
Hi! I'm also using the Sybex book for this exam, however, it's good to check the Microsoft Technet Website, there is a lot of useful information there that can complement your study.
See you
Beatle

I use M$ Administrators Companion. It's extremely detailed.
