I'm a newbie to Linux... where do I download?

Yes, I got a CD burner... however I might need my computer to stay up all night for I am cursed with a 56 K modem. I'll need a good place that supports resumed downloads.

Still... where is the best place for me to start?

I would also like to know if it's possible to install Linux on a hard disk that already has windows so I can dual boot windows 98 and Linux?

Also... another question... can linux see FAT32? Might be a dumb question... but I'm a newbie to Linux.

Yes it can, in fact it can also see NTFS if you set it up right.
