B. Name resolution traffic across the WAN links has been minimized.
a client in the branch office sends requests to the local DNS server (secondary DNS), which in theory contains the wholly zone database for that domain from the head office.

Guess this one was a bit easier then.
Answer B.
Because you have DNS servers in every location, the DNS query will not need to go across the WAN link.
