How would I install defragmenter in WinME?

I'm running Windows ME, and I go to defragment my hard drive and there's no
defrag.exe installed for some reason. I don't know what happened to it, but
how do I go about getting it back on? Must I re-install Windows? HELP!

Could just be a bad shortcut/target.
Right click on Disc Defragmenter/Properties
the target shoud be C:\WINDOWS\DEFRAG.EXE
If not search for defrag.exe see what you get. but should be there by
default.
