OEM Windows Install Disks

What are the options for a computer service company to get the latest OEM
Windows install disks (service packs, etc)? Of course, I know about the full
MSDN subscription ... but last I checked that was really expensive. It seems
the full MSDN sub is actually so expensive that it doesn't even pay for
itself unless you use a lot of Microsoft software. TIA for any ideas.
