any CNI level exams experience found ?
hy
any experience found about the CNI level exams towards your way to CNA or above ? The passing score is higher, like 689 for Netware Admin 5.1 (50-853)
I would like to reach the CNI, but i need to pass all exams on CNI Level (higher passing score) and need to reach the ComTIA CTT+ (tech trainer) also.
Do you think that's worth ? I like Netware, kewl stuff and so on, but im full qualified MCSE 2000 (visited all traing lessons), and perhaps, i'll reach my MCT this Month, too :-)
...but i don't not want to have certs from only ONE vendor like M$ ... looking for cisco, too, but Novell seems to be easy because my whole collegaues have CNE (dont know how, they are all lamers in IT), and i got good CNA experience from earlier jobs...

Stratos,
Are you an instructor in the IT field?
From what past instructors have told me. The exam is the same as a CNA or CNE would take. However, since you would be resposible for teaching the material to other candidates, you're required to get a higher score.

Hy there,
yes i am instructor in IT, but have no trainer cert right now. I have only the tech certs (and experience). But i will get (hopefully) my M$ Trainer cert this month, we we'll see.
So the passing score is just higher, ok. Another thing is that the Novell FAQ says if you are an MCSE you can waive the netware networking technologie exam (because of essentials). i have just asked novell education if i can then still reach CNI because i would not take the exam anymore if i can waive it. (so one CNI level exam is missing.)
we also will see.
