Outlook 2002
You should be able to simply open the .pst by going up to the file menu and choosing open, outlook data file. Search to the location of the .pst and it should be listed separately in your folder list.

In Word: You should be able to right-click a selection or a paragraph and choose Borders and Shading, rather than using the Format menu.
In Word XP, you should not be forced to use the Mail Merge wizard to create Form letters (or whatever). They should also make the insert field dialog box modeless so that you can change the position of the cursor without closing the dialog box.
I'm wondering where we should tell Microsoft that we want their programmers to change Office a bit?
