Cisco Press CCNA Certification guide; opinions pro or con? It seems a much better book than the Cisco Press CCNA Self-Study at the same price, more content. Thx.

the wendell odom's book (ccna exam cert guide or whatever it is called) is an excellent book. it is informative for the old exam and from what I have read in regard to the new exam the quality of the new edition is still up there.


I just checked ciscopress to see books for ccna... wtf laugh... they have like 10 different books...

CCNA training (ICND) <--- dunno what they updated for the new exam, but the ICND book was also excellent for the prior CCNA exams.

and of course the cert guide by odom.

short of analysing its table of content and chapter samples, god know what the differences are...
