Microsoft exam format

I've recently passed the CompTIA Network+ and I also have the A+. I'm
currently studying for 70-210 and 70-215. I've never taken a Microsoft exam
before and I'm curious if the format is the same as CompTIA. That is, is it
basically multiple choice questions? Or, is there simulation involved where
you actually have to perform certain task in a simulated Windows 2K or 2K
Server environment? I'd just like to have a feel for what I'm up against.

Thanks,
Steve Smith

The Microsoft exams are mostly multiple choice but they also include drag
and drop, pick and place and reorder type questions.

Re: Microsoft exam format

Are the tests adaptive or is there a fixed number of questions?

All Microsoft exams are fixed in the number of questions.
