Congrats!
I agree - I passed it last week with the Sybex book (latest version for 640-604 exam). Great explanations in the book, and the practice questions on the CD were very helpful.

I did non have a simulation. Know how to calculate the Multicast MAC address, the configuration commands in the Sybex book ("set" and "ios" versions), and when to use the different models of switches.
I've never taken a test at a VUE location, but I wouldn't think the exams themselves could be different (content-wise), but maybe in the presentation of the exams.
