Why do you think the Remote Access was difficult? Was there a particular WAN technology they asked a lot of questions about, or that you didn't have as much "real-world" experience with?
Any insight into the exam would be helpful (more of tech "x" than "y", sims, drag-n-drop, etc), as I'm planning to take it pretty soon (CID in two weeks, then RA). Thanks!

Hi,
there were lots of ios based questions, know your commands inside and out or you will not pass. I was suprised, after the routing exam, to find so many ios based questions.
I have a very good lab at home, i suppose my lack of real world experience with cisco dialup handicapped me somewhat.
