What is current passing scores for MCSE.

I must be looking in the wrong place, but what score is currently required
for passing on MCSE tests (70-210 for example). I can't find it on
Microsoft MCSE site nor on the Thomson Prometric site. Also, what is the
allotted time for taking the test. From what I understand, my local
facility is not using the adaptive format. They are using the 50 question
test. I thought they were all adaptive now.

None of the exam passing scores are published because they can fluctuate and
you won't know what your score was anyhow because the system reports only a
pass/fail status.

You can find the allotted time per exam here; http://tinyurl.com/7dpd

None of the current Microsoft exams are adaptive.

Re: What is current passing scores for MCSE.

FYI
The Design Exams still give you a score. I just took 70-219,70-220 last week at
a Vue testing center and recieved a score. Passing for 70-219 is 613 and for
70-220 it's 675 both have 40 questions and you get about 4 hours to complete
each. You are right about 70-210 - 70-218. They are pass/fail exams.

Re: What is current passing scores for MCSE.

None of the tests are adaptive anymore. I teach the MCSE Bootcamp for
Global Knowledge. The test's passing score is not posted and you will not
receive numerical results from Sylvan/Vue. You find out if you PASSED or
FAILED. That's it! Point blank. They don't even tell you what you scored
on the sections because Microsoft is raising the bar. The best way to get
through the exams is to take the MCSA/MCSE Bootcamps from Global Knowledge.
That's all the free knowledge I can share with you.

Re: What is current passing scores for MCSE.

70-219 and 70-220 are the only two exams I know of that still give back the
scores. They have approximately 610 and 670 pass scores (respectively).
