Taking 218 on Monday

Good morning all! I just scheduled 218 for Monday morning. Any words of advise from anyone? Also, can anyone tell me about the test--- # of questions, does it show a score, etc.?

40 ?s. Scored out of 100.

Don't know much else about the exam as I took 220.
