A friend of mine tells me they are okay .He doesn't know about Security plus study guide. He did mention that they need to hire a proofread editor because of all the misspelling.

I saw the 1st 100 questions an about 20 of them were on the exam but it's not a bad read. TK just came out with 85 more questions so will see if the update helps at all....

Hey Dogg,
Thanks for the reply. I went ahead and got those 100 questions awhile back and they were good as you said. The other 85 I downloaded the other day and am getting ready to correct them an put in a test engine. Have not had time to take test but if it is like these 100 questions it will be a lame test.

Well the 100 questions are not right on that's for sure. I over looked the questions 2 days before the exam and got a 695. But then again I got a mental block for some reason I freeze up on exams The test is pretty hard. It was the hardest comptia exam I ever took. So make sure you study hard because $225 down the toliet sucks. Can you email me those new questions? I have the 100 but I would love to see the next 85. I could tell you if they were on my exam or not. Out of the first set of questions there were about 15 - 20 on my exam. There were some questions out in left field that's for sure. Plus 100 question test in long!!! When are you taking the exam??
Thanks
Lo

$225 sucks ... you should try the $500 it is here - and I have failed it twice.
Kind of weird when I use any of the practice exams out there and score betetr than 90%. According to the report and the areas I missed on I am very concerned as I feel Comptia either has the wrong answers or they look at things completely differently to the 4 books I used ... lol
Since I tried a practice CISSP exam and just scraped by I am very much doubting the validity of the Sec+ exam question pool. However Comptia in their wisdom does not belive there is a problem - I kind of equate that to the invalid question I got in Net+ and the stupid graphics in the A+ test ... Comptia knows best

I agree totally with what you are saying…………. Some of the diagrams in A+ were really bad and really easy. I think the questions weigh there selves out. I was upset at the 1st 10 questions in security +. But then again some of the acronyms I never saw. I went to webpodeia after wards and still couldn’t find what “DEN” stood for?? I thought humm I guess I didn’t study hard enough. You can never know enough! A test is just a test it’s the way you apply yourself at the work place that really matters. Trust me I see some techs making some major money by sitting around and talking like they know it all. And they don’t do shi-! That’s something that bothers me. Sorry I’m getting off the subject at hand he he… I can ramble on about anything!!
I heard the CISSP was good study material that’s weird!! $500!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God damn! It makes you wonder if you want to take the exam again??? That’s what I don’t want to happen to me. What can you do! Just focusing and go back and kick that tests as-.
Thanks
Lo
