Start with the exam topics to be covered at the Microsoft site. If you've already worked through a book, there may just be topics that you need to drill down on. You can supplement your studies with the Resource Kit online at Technet.

You must have some sort of weak spots, what are they?

get the mspress book
I think if you use ultima, testking, troytech, testkiller you be cheating, is better to loose than to be a paper cert.
Good luck, buy the mspress kit, better second edition, and then read the osborne book for the 216 they will help you out.
Good luck

Thanks for your support....
My weakness is the lack of experience using this stuff. I manage a network consisting of 3 server (2 W2k and 1 Nt4) and 50 clients. I have been managing this network for 1 1/2 years now and did second level helpdesk for 2 years before that. I have had my own Domain (at home) with all of the toys installed (ie. IIS, VPN, Dialup and In, NAT, DNS, DHCP, BAckups, Raid5, 2 servers replicating everything, and the list goes on.
I just keep trying at this test but can't seem to get it! So thanks for your support and I will keep trying.
As far as supporting Ultima, I am not! I am only asking. If it will help add to my "knowledge" and help me "learn" more about the skills being tested and used out in the "real world" then by all means I will use it for that purpose.

I just took 70-215 yesterday (and passed) and I am taking 70-216 on 2/27 or 28. I was using older transcenders and then got TestKing. testking was dead on!! Some of the questions were nearly word for word (even the one that was worded incorrectly and invalidates the question). My suggestion is to go and get TestKing...it'll be the best $40 you will ever spend. And it is NOT cheating...I don't like "paper" MCSEs either...but taking MS exams can be tough especially when DO have the real world experience and have not gone thru any official MS courses. Microsoft's view of the world is narrow and sometimes not very realistic. I have been in the business for over 7 years and now am forced to get my MCSE because the market is very competitive in this economy.
You are doing all of the right things...you just need a little extra help. One word of caution...TestKing's explanations are lacking sometimes, I know one of the people who helped to write the explanations...they have gotten better. Always test honestly and make sure you review ALL of the answers, not just the wrong ones. Know why the answer is right not just why it is wrong.
Now you know why they call 70-216 "The Beast".

I can't speak for everyone, but most of us have been studying along all right without stealing the answers to the exam.
Many of us work in the field, study at home or take courses and still are able to pass the exam, without stealing the answers to the exam.
In fact, I have worked on my own eqipment at home, that I bought and built. Bought my own books. Studied night and day.
It's not Microsoft that you are cheating, it is me that you are cheating, when you steal the answers to the exam.
I would have just ignored another piece of @#$% post about the virtues of using brain dumps, if you had not made the claim that 'it is not cheating because' insert @#$% for brains excuse here.
Stealing and memorizing the answers to the exam is cheating. Take a step back, look in the mirror and ask if you want to pass your kind of morality on to the next generation.
The problem with the entire world right now is that too many people are rationalizing their own morality, based on doing whatever it takes to make themselves feel good, get more money and stuff and get laid more often.
Maybe you can get the cheat sheet for the exam that you'll take on your judgement day.
