Hello everyone, everytime i boot this pc this message come "cmos checksum error" so i replace the battery and it works for two days, the following days it came back again and it keep on hanging and restarting, i replace the powersupply nothing happen. should i upgrade the bios rom?

yes. flash the BIOS.
