| Only one Card comes to mind, which is the ATI All-in-Wonder.
If you choose the 7000, 8500, 9200 or even the 9700 or 9800, depends on your Wallet.
I just bought the 9600 All-in-Wonder ($172.00) with 128 megs of Ram,(for a Customer) it is an excellent Capture-Card with TV-Tuner, Recorder, it is even a good Gamers-Card.
The All-in-Wonder 7000 is available for under $100.00.
They are also available in PCI-Versions, if need be.
