| i am assuming you would like to know if your hard drive is going bad? if so then goto the maxtor website there is a utilty you can download called powemax i think .....anyways you can dwnload it to a floppy then boot ...then run it ...it will run a diag on your hard drive and will tell you if it is ok or failing.
if you were just making conversation then uhm........my wife gets kind of cranky too. | |

| Any kind of sound like that usually means the hd is dying. I'm surprised w/ a 10G Maxtor. That's relatively new. Are you overclocking anywhere? | |
