Partition Magic 8 is the best partition-manager around, IMHO, but if you don't want to pay for an excellent Boot-and Partition Manager, get this one here for free!

I personally like XOSL the best as a free boot manager.

http://www.xosl.org/

"Extended Operating System Loader (XOSL) is the world's only full-featured free boot manager with a real, easy-to-use and full-blown graphical user interface. Click the screen shots link to see what XOSL is like, and decide for yourself!"

Some dude actually had 39 OSes running with XOSL!

"A few weeks ago, we had Richard Robbins on the show with his multiboot menagerie. He installed 39 different operating systems on one PC. For a boot manager, he used XOSL, which is a full-featured manager that's free. If Robbins can use it to manage 39 different operating systems, we're sure it can do the job for you."
