Alright, whenever I try to turn on my computer all that happens is the front LED lights up and my motherboard light lights up. Ive tried jumping the front button switch in case it was bad and it still did nothing, i've also checked for loose cards/ram/processor and all are secure I dont know what else to do.

Did it ever run?

Any recent changes/additions before this started happening?

How about posting what type MB, processor, type of RAM, type of OS, etc.

Help us to help you.

Do the fans ever spin up when you turn on the power? If not I would look at swapping the power supply unit.

Nope no beep error and I tried it with just the stick of 3200 ram and nothing still but since none of my fans come on im suspecting a bad power supply but am afraid that it fried other parts as well but im going to try someone elses processor on my mobo to see if thats the problem and im going to use a diff powersuplly just in case anyways thanks for the help so far if anybody thinks of some other ideas plz let me know

changed cases eh??

i would assume that you throughly cleaned the new case before installing the components?

most cases are made from pressed or punched sheetmetal. this creates the possibility of having metal shavings created when punching holes into the case.

when i was working at Intel assembling systems, our first duty for all systems was to check for burrs and vacuum out the case before starting the assembly process.

but your system seems a bit strange. the fans dont spin up, but front led's work and mb light comes on... i hope your speaker is plugged in. you have no beep codes?

i would check your mb connections. sounds to me that you have not plugged them in correctly.

Doesn't PC3200 have to be installed in pairs? Maybe I'm thinking about something else.
