Normally I wouldn't post this type of question in here but since this seems to place to ask here goes:

Does anyone know of a good image capture program. One that records screen movements in realtime not a "print screen"?

Popular ones are Hypercam and Hypersnap. Hypercam makes AVI's of what you do. trial versions located here

PC Anywhere does the same thing, records everything, if you want. And the File-size is very small.
