| Guys I am bit tensed. I also started my race towards CCSP certification and I decided to face the PIX exam first and then the SECUR one, is this path is ok becoz I can only manage to find a pix training intitiute and after doing that I had decided to move to next part.Pls guide me

| Try this oeder:
PIX
VPN
CSIDS
SECUR
CSI
You may take the first 3 in the order that you like, but try and take SECUR after pix, vpn, and csids. Reason is most of the material in SECUR is covered in detail in these exams. Note that Cisco just updated SECUR to include SDM and Router MC which are not covered in any of the other exams
Instead of spending money for a pix class, you could just buy a 501 model for about $400. Then you can always have a pix to play with. That is the route I took, and it also helps when studying for SECUR.
