Hi PPL,

Tot of taking MCSE 2003. I'm new to this track so which best material book can i look 4ward. Need u'r recommendation & expertise.

Hmm..depends on your experience level. I'm a newbie so I'm learning from Serebra cds. They do a great job of explaining concepts. If you're more experienced, it would probably be boring for you.
