Hi,

In NT Server 4 you could force domain synchronization. Is there a way in Server 2003 that you can force active diretoty replication between domain controllers? And is there a log file you can check to see whether the replication between domain controllers was successful or not?

Thanks,
Jay

Replmon and repadmin work pretty good for this.

Use AD Sites & Services. Select sites/servers/server/ntds settings. On the right hand side you'll see the other DC's, simpy right click and select "replicate"

Actually, within the next 3 months, my goal is to complete the two new MCSE certifications: Messaging and Security. Seeing that exam 70-298 is a requirement for both of them, I'll probably take that first. Then finish the Messaging one which is 70-285 & 70-285. I passed 224 Exchange 2000 on my MCSE2000 and I've been using Exchange 2003 heavily the past 6+ months. But to be honest with you, the big cert to have is the Security one.
