I am a part-time student and I am thinking about buying the Acedemic version of Windows 2003 Server. Since it is priced way lower than the retail or even the oem versions is there a difference in features? Or it the same as the the rest - beacause I won't buy it if it is a watered down version.

You may just as well be served by the beta versions that are free, but are limited to run 180 days or so...

As far as I have seen, all of the functionality is available in these versions or via additional free downloads.
