should a person go with the windows 2000 field or the windows 2003 field

i think they have some in common but i do not know what the IT pro think of windows 2003

I have W2K3 Server Enterprise Edition installed on two machines in my home lab and as I said in a previous post - I'm impressed. The performance is slightly better than Windows 2000, there are AD, networking and security improvements, but not enough to bother to upgrade unless you're still running NT 4 Server on your network. M$ is pushing the new NOS as an upgrade path for people running NT 4 IMO.
