Greetings!

292 will upgrade your MCSA to 2003, 296 will upgrade your MCSE to 2003. Take them in that order. It's to hear from you. Best of luck!

MS Press does have a 292-296 guide, I believe. I have been working from all the stuff on the MS website and various white papers from other vendors.

MSPress will help you pass the exams but you must do the exercises and have some sound experience with the product to go along with it. Good luck and best wishes.

This is the main resource that I am using. It really is very good.

It comes with electronic material on a CD including the eBook version, as well as an Eval of Win2K Enterprise.

I know what you mean! We frequently have to ship equipment from one location to another and all the forms you have to fill out just to prove you are not selling it for profit. Basically, no one wants you to get the good internet price without adding their tariff. Currently, in the US the temporary law that protected Internet commerce from taxation has lapsed, so look for more people to get in line with their hand out.
