Where to get Tcats Full PDF

| Is it just me or has the totalrecallpress website been down for awhile? I am looking for Tcats full PDF that comes with the sample questions. So far I found the PDF but the questions is an additional fee. Is this the case from here on out? Thanks in advance for any help.

| Thanks, thats the place that is selling both the PDF and test sim as seperate items. I once saw both items for the same price in one lot. Any ideas, maybe the man himself will see this and post.
