Does anyone know of any decent Win32 RADIUS server? I cannot even find an old copy of the new free Lucent RADIUS software from back when I was running an ISP and using their Portmaster3.

I have not tried it yet, but This is supposed to be a great trial.
You could also try Radiator

The IAS in Win2k Server is RADIUS.
